Forwarding services are services for sending goods from abroad to Indonesia (or vice versa) through a third-party intermediary (forwarder). The forwarder will receive the goods in the country of origin and deliver them to your destination address.
We serve shipping from and to various countries, including Timor Leste, Australia, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Netherlands, Germany, Singapore, and many others. Please contact us to ensure your destination is available.
Costs may include:
Shipping fee
Customs clearance fees
Import tax (if any)
Warehouse or handling fees (if applicable)
Please ask for a price estimate before shipping.
We will provide a tracking number upon shipment. You can track your shipment status online or contact our customer service.
We provide options additional insurance For high-value items, please inform us at the start of shipping if you wish to add insurance.
